    Lighting the fireplace is something many sellers overlook. If you are lucky enough to have one, and are selling your home during the fall or winter, it is never a bad idea to go ahead and light it. Many buyers are drawn to fireplaces because they make the home look ‘cozier.’ Psychologically, a buyer will be drawn to it, and it will make an impact on their mindset.
